kepada SVR International agar kita sama-sama menanti jawapan dan
penjelasan dari pihak syarikat.
Dear Sir,
Please take serious of what I'm going to comment below and write your response in Announcement section in your website.
From SVR2U.NET group, we already have more than 2,000 members nationwide rapidly join your SVR programme from 20th July 2009 till 20th September 2009. We get average more than 15 people paid member join SVR daily.
As to date, we seek the average daily paid member decrease up to 90%. We blast 1 survey to all our members to rectified why this is happenning. Normally our member already knew that Gift Card for petrol will take a long time to make it happen due to the ball is not in our hand.
The following is the MAJOR factor we gathered among our members:-
1. Our selling point in SVR is GIANT. But till now, there is none of GIANT accept SVR Gold Card. The company really busy seek for other merchant in Johor but forget to clear cut their main merchant (GIANT). 2. Your customer service is very unpleasant and rude to every call by the members asking for information on SVR activities. Even to get connected with your customer service need them to dial several time due your company only have 1 fixed telephone number.
Based on the findings, on behalf of my group member, i would like to know why up till now there is none of VTS installation at GIANT?
If there is a plan, please publish your project milestones on your website so we can spread the news among our members.
Just to recap, KAMDAR already have the VTS machine, but in your website, you still not lists it out.
